The contractor for St. Charles County/Weldon Spring will begin micro-surfacing on Independence (Patriotic to Highway 94) and Wolfrum (Whitmoor to Highway 94) starting sometime after July 7, 2025. An update will be provided once we receive more specific scheduling information. Please avoid driving on these surfaces and seek alternate routes when possible.
